Our Mission

After The Signal Project is a first responder mental health organization built by the people who know the job best. We provide peer support connections, clinical referrals, crisis intervention, resilience training, and family resources, all designed specifically for firefighters, law enforcement, EMS, dispatchers, and military personnel. Everything we offer is built around one belief: that the men and women who run toward crisis deserve the same level of care and support they give to everyone else.

We exist for the moment after radio goes quiet. After the call ends. After the shift is over and the weight of what you have seen and carried starts to settle in.

That moment is real, it is common, and for far too long it has been faced alone. After The Signal Project is here to change that, providing the resources that speak the language of the job, a community that understands the culture, and a commitment to making sure no first responder ever has to carry this alone.
